The RAD-AMP telephone communicator VIKING extends the use of the features of your PBX to remote workers, and can also transfer calls to remote employees or locations. 

If "Line Extender" RAD-AMP gives authorized access to PBX functions. 

If a "Call Diverter '(communicator) switches the RAD-AMP incoming calls from one location to another. Upon detection of an incoming call, selects the RAD-AMP on a second line to the pre-programmed telephone number, and then connects the two lines with each other. 

As a "Telecommuting Extender" provides the RAD-AMP external personnel access to most functions of the PBX from their home phone or cell phone. The homeworkers belong to accept an incoming call, a special tone and can then work to take decisions related to call. 

External staff and may unsubscribe or change the extension number if they change location. DTMF via the home worker can operate all of the PBX functions such as call transfer to another extension or voice mail, set up a conference call, etc., where these are available on the analog telephone port
